Shaggy Announces North American Tour Dates & Releases New Music Video for “Money Up” feat. Noah Powa

On the heels of his recently released solo album Wah Gwaan?! (The Cherrytree Music Company, Brooklyn Knights Entertainment and 300 Entertainment), Shaggy announces new summer tour dates, unleashes a video for “Money Up” ft. Noah Powa and is on a tear of national TV performances and appearances this week.

Shaggy will join UB40 featuring Ali Campbell and Astro on all dates across North America this summer and fall. Steel Pulse and The Green will open on select dates. Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, May 17th at 10am local time at LiveNation.com. At the close of the week, Shaggy embarks to the UK to join Sting for a series of shows performing songs off their recent GRAMMY winner for Best Reggae Album, entitled 44/876, as well as their own respective greatest hits, together. Then, he continues with select dates in June spanning Canada.

Yesterday, May 14, Shaggy performed the album’s latest single “You” featuring the 19-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter Alexander Stewart on Live with Kelly and Ryanand they will grace the stage of Strahan & Sara on Friday, May 17. Shaggy and Alexander recently made their rounds on The Late Late Show with James Corden on May 3 and Good Morning America on May 8.

The GRAMMY-winning, diamond-selling star, also revealed his third visual from Wah Gwaan?! for “Money Up,” following “Use Me” and “You.” Directed by Jay Will, Shaggy lights up the streets of Kingston, Jamaica with some help from featured artist Noah Powa and fellow dancehall artist Ding Dong.
