Blake Aaron goes Brazilian Bossa on new version of hit single “Dare To Fly”

In July 2025, 8 time Billboard #1 Guitarist Blake Aaron released the radio single, “Dare to Fly,” a contemporary jazz masterpiece which fuses the styles of Earth Wind and Fire, George Benson, and Bruno Mars. But something unexpected happened. “Dare to Fly” which has already catapulted into the Top 10 and climbing on Billboard, began to catch fire on Brazilian streaming playlists.

That exciting news inspired Aaron to reimagine “Dare to Fly” as a modern Sergio Mendes authentic Brazilian Bossa, so he brought back the musicians from the original recording and added a wonderful female singer, and a beautiful acoustic piano and nylon guitar track. The new “Dare to Fly” (Brazilian Version) has been rerecorded in a way which captures the best of both worlds between the infectious hook of the original Billboard Top 10 and climbing recording, and the hypnotic beauty and groove of a modern Brazilian Bossa.
