HOLIDAY TOUR TO ACCOMPANY ALBUM RELEASE
New York, NY (October 10, 2025) – Four-time Grammy-nominated R&B artist, Eric Benét, announces today the release of his new album, It’s Christmas, out now on all streaming platforms!
Filled with timeless holiday classics such as “Please Come Home For Christmas,” “Oh, Holy Night,” “My Favorite Things,” “Christmas Time Is Here,” “One Little Christmas Tree” and more, the album marks Benét’s first-ever holiday release and also includes a handful of original songs, including “Christmas Morning,” a heartfelt and tender track featuring Benét’s two youngest daughters Lucia and Luna, and “It’s Christmas,” a sparkling and intimate duet with rising jazz star Stacey Ryan.
Blending blues, jazz, storytelling, compassion and nostalgia, the project is more than a soothing fireside soundtrack – it is a personal reflection on tradition, family and hope. Benét’s take on “My Favorite Things” is a loving nod to his favorite musical of all time, The Sound of Music – a childhood holiday tradition that he now shares with his own daughters.
The album also features a take on “Mele Kalikimaka,” a classic made by the famous Bing Crosby. To capture the vintage magic of this holiday hit, Benét brought on jazz-pop singer-songwriter Nina Nelson, whose warm vocals highlight the nostalgic feel of the track.
A collection of special moments and reflections, It’s Christmas ties together timeless holiday classics and Benét’s personal stories that take listeners on an intimate journey through the holiday season.
