Singer Jordin Sparks Releases New Single “Remember” | LISTEN!
Jordin Sparks lays down reasons to “Remember” for relationship’s sake
Since graduating from the American Idol class of 2007, Jordin Sparks has lived up to that music ambassadorship, including charting in several countries with “Battlefield” and “No Air” with Chris Brown. A lengthy list of collaborations represents her amazing musicality include Brown, Christian pop/rock band For King & Country and Dolly Parton.
As for now, Sparks is ready to release new material from her upcoming Cozy Touring/LBD Global Group, No Restrictions. The follow-up to her previous single “Call My Name,” “Remember,” fondly honors a global music legend, Michael Jackson. Producers Dem Jointz and 300 Cam anchor the minimal soundtrack of light percussive touches, keyboards, and well-placed samples of Jackson’s Remember the Time, allowing Sparks to eloquently express a confident statement about friendship, romance, and future hope:
“When we would walk down the street, you holding my hand/
Yeah, we both leveled up, we were marchin’ with bands/
It ain’t nothin’ to prove it, and then/
We did it once, we could do it again.”
“Remember” is currently available on most digital platforms.
