Whitney Houston – Fine (The Packxsz Revisit)

June 30, 2023 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: After providing several official remixes for artists like Glenn Lewis, Mya, Joyce Sims (R.I.P.) and most recently Raja-Nee’, Dutch Remixer The Packxsz has returned with a feel-good 90’s R&B inspired remix of Whitney Houston‘s song ‘Fine’.

The Packxsz: ‘I have always been in love with Whitney’s voice and ‘Fine’ is still a favorite of mine. This was also because it was produced and co written by two other musical heroes of me, Raphael Saadiq and Q-Tip (A Tribe Called Quest). That made the perfect combination for me. So, I felt like I had to do this’. ‘When I do a remix, most of the time I try to work with the song’s subject or move it into a different direction. In this case I chose to keep it funky and soulful’.

The Packxsz is currently working on his new EP which will be released in 2024
