Up-and-Coming Singer Paris Jordan Releases New Track “Strivin'”

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Paris Jordan grew up in South Philly. She attended both Catholic Church and baptist church, but it was her attendance at her father’s Baptist church that sparked her passion for gospel. Her influence was mostly R&B and she began listening to some of the greats like Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, and Anita Baker all of whom had a huge impact on her vocal direction. Paris at one point in time had her own band and sang mostly in the Tri State area. She took a break from performing to pursue her educational goals at which she attended nursing school and successfully became a nurse.

Yet she still continued writing, singing & creating the songs she is currently releasing. The new single “Strivin’“ is an inspirational song that encourages people to keep on keeping on, despite the current state of the world today. Paris has recently returned to performing and aspire to start a new band to perform her own music.
