DJ SOULCHILD: I took the challenge upon myself and remixed the amazing SILK SONIC single “SMOKIN OUT THE WINDOW”. I know! A risky task, because their music is so perfectly crafted. But nonetheless, i felt like it needed a more upbeat, club- and radio-friendly approach.

So with the help of a cleverly used “RICK JAMES – MARY JANE” sample and my signature production built around it, i aimed to maintain the integrity and organic feel of the Silk Sonic sound. I hope you feel like i did it justice and will help promote this on your platform.
