Songstress Selina Albright to Release New Single “Discovering”

Selina Albright returns to the studio by Discovering the astonishing moments behind childbirth

The world recently recognized that blessed event they call Mothers’ Day. As an expectant mother, Selina Albright took full advantage of the songwriting mighty pen’s in journalizing the wonders of preparing a new precious life into the world. That intriguing journey is witnessed through her latest track, “Discovering.” For this talent who brought us her breakthrough CD Conversations in 2017 that charted three singles, the pondering moments driving “Discovering” reflect the intimacy that earmarks her vulnerable perspectives of life events including “Eat Something” and “Possible.”

Longtime musical associate Chris ‘Big Dog’ Davis delightfully paints a jazzy neo soul soundtrack out of the sweetly flowing grooves – greeted by the muted trumpet fills. A sweeping vocal from Albright draws the listener further into the joyous anticipation of mother and future child: “Because you came with your own set of ways/ We both changed to create the new/ Can’t imagine going back.” All in all, Albright is more than just a pretty voice.
