Gregory Abbott rose to prominence with “Shake You Down,” a monster hit in 1986 that garnered much recognition including two Soul Train Awards. Besides his powerful yet smooth vocal gifts, Abbott knows his way around on both sides of the studio glass handling producing, arranging, performing and vocal duties. Through the New York native began his music career for Columbia Records, Abbott eventually turned to the independents by forming Mojo Man Entertainment moniker – marrying his distinct adult contemporary R&B flavor with Caribbean/Spanish influences through the upbringing of his parents.
