One of R&B’s refreshing new voices, Claire Mortifee, releases her debut, including the latest single, “Panther Paws:”

It is obviously a special gift to craft original songs while defining one’s one style and voice. Yet there are those singer/songwriters that manage to create powerful poetry and paint stunning video pictures. On the intriguing work of art entitled, “Panther Paws,” Canadian independent artist Claire Mortifee reels in her haunting brand of neo-soul with shades of Erykah Badu, backed by pulsating synth grooves.

“Panther Paws” is part of Mortifee’s debut, Medicines (FULLCC Music Group), featuring soundtracks by a collective of Canadian musician/producers including “Panther Paws” guiding force, Chin Injeti (Pink, Drake).
