Legendary R&B/Soul music vocalist Meli’sa Morgan is back on the scene. Well after a 10 year hiatus, Ms. Morgan is set to let the world know her voice is still as relevant today as ever with the release of new dance single “So Good” from RFC/Fresh Records. The track will be made available Nov. 9th via Amazon and iTunes and is considered the lead single from her much anticipated new album to arrive sometime in 2016.

Just in case many of you are not aware of Meli’sa Morgan’s past achievements: Ms. Morgan’s hit ballad “Do Me Baby” sat atop Billboard’s R&B Chart at #1 for 3 weeks back in 1986. Along the path of her solo career, Ms. Morgan had released 5 albums to date: The last to come in 2005 entitled “I Remember.” Before the cover to music legend Prince’s master hit classic (Do Me Baby), Meli’sa was a member to a couple of R&B groups that emerged back in the day: Obscure dance group Shades of Love & memorable R&B group High Fashion – joining well known pioneer of Italian dance music producer Jacques Fred Petrus & R&B songstress Alyson Williams for an unforgettable club hit “Feelin’ Lucky Lately.” Both projects happening back in 1982…
