Gospel Singer Aaron Mason Debuts New Music Video, “Breathe”
Aaron Mason debuts his new single “Breathe” on his independent label God’s Permission Music. He was born in Dallas, TX and was one of twelve siblings with whom his singing began at age 5. At age 14, Aaron made a serious decision to pursue a professional career in the music industry allowing him to display his self taught musical instrumental gifting on drums, bass, piano, guitar and organ enhancing his musical producing skills. These skills allowed him to become a successful composer, songwriter, singer and producer. After establishing himself as a songwriter in Los Angeles, CA, Aaron has written numerous hits for Grammy Award and Stellar Award winning artists. Aaron is called the “P. Diddy” of Gospel which he’s often been compared too.
He has appeared on the Grand Ole Opry, Gospel Music’s prestigious Stellar Awards where he currently has been apart of since 2006 singing with industry’s greats such as Patti Labelle, Shirley Caesar, Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Vickie Winans, Bebe and Cece Winans to name a few of many singing accomplishments with major national and international recording artists. He had the recent honor to sing with Dionne Warwick in a tribute to President Barrack Obama. Aaron Mason has toured five years with world renowned Country Music multi-Grammy Award winning sensation Randy Owens former lead singer of multi Grammy winning Country Music group Alabama.
Aaron has released his first Gospel debut album entitled “All Because of You” where his first single “Stir It Up” and musical video was featured on the Gospel Musical Channel Soul Café and charted at # 76 on the BDS Gospel Radio Charts, # 75 on Gospel Mediabase Charts and Top-20 on Starpoint Radio in the UK. Other charted songs “Heaven Sees”, “There Is a God”, and “Joy” have been listed at #12 on Starpoint Top-30 Soul Charts in the United Kingdom (UK) where his CD project “All Because of You” went to #1.
Aaron’s achievements consist of being a 2011 Stellar Award Nominee as well as 2011 GMC Award Winner for Urban Gospel Artist of the year. He is a two time Rhythm of Gospel Award Winner in 2010 for Male Vocalist of the year and CD of the Year. Mason’s music is being played consistently across radio nationally and internationally.
His vision and dreams are catapulting him to venture out into his acting career in upcoming movies, sitcoms, more musical videos and directing as well as CEO of God’s Permission Entertainment. He is currently on a musical collaboration CD single “Hold You Down” with artist Nehemiah where you can now view this musical video on YouTube. This collaboration will be on Aaron’s upcoming new Urban Gospel CD project “Next Level” which is comparable and described vocally to Usher Raymond, Chris Brown, Deitrick Haddon and Canton Jones.
