[July 28, 2011]  Kevin Michael, an American-based recording artist has just released ‘Covers For You’, a compilation album covering some of Billboard’s biggest hits of 2011.  This release is Kevin’s first since his debut self-titled LP in 2007.

Kevin was signed with Downtown Records, an imprint of Atlantic/WEA, from 2006 – 2008. In the fall of ’07, with the help of such artists as Wyclef Jean, Q-Tip and Lupe Fiasco, Kevin released his first international album, simply titled ‘Kevin Michael‘.  While with Atlantic, he toured worldwide, opening for Lily Allen, Maroon 5 and John Legend. NEW YORK, July 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — The explosive transformation of Miles Davis‘ “second great Quintet” with Wayne Shorter (tenor sax), Herbie Hancock (piano), Ron Carter (bass), and Tony Williams (drums) is laid bare on MILES DAVIS QUINTET – LIVE IN EUROPE 1967:  THE BOOTLEG SERIES VOL. 1.  Culled from original state-owned television and radio sources in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, and Sweden, the program spans five northern European festival performances over the course of nine days in October-November 1967.
 The audio shows consist entirely of previously unreleased or
previously only bootlegged material.  The 3-CD + DVD package, an 8-panel
digipak with 28-page booklet, will be available everywhere starting September 20th through Columbia/Legacy, a division of SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT.
