R&B Singer Niko Noir Releases New Album “Who Can Blame Niko?”

Niko is an R&B singer/songwriter born and raised on Detroit’s Eastside. The songstress has spent years perfecting her craft, and it shows in her ability to arrange intricate harmonies, endless melodies, and endearing lyrics.
