SEVANA DELIVERS A MESSAGE OF RESILIENCE ON
“KEEP GOING (CHOSEN)”

The Jamaican Singer Performs at SXSW on Mar 13
Following Her Major Motion Picture Acting Debut in Bob Marley: One Love

Sevana pens a deeply personal song that explores perseverance and finding purpose during trying times on “Keep Going (Chosen)” – out today (Mar 8) via GoodHZMusic / OneRPM. The stirring ballad is produced by Kelsey Gonzalez, the bassist of Free Nationals.

Keep Going (Chosen) is a song I wrote and listen to even now, to remember my power and purpose. We’ve all gone through trauma, challenges and life’s darkest periods at some point. This song is for when you’re not sure you should move forward,” Sevana explains.

“Keep Going (Chosen)” is on the heels of the multi-faceted artist’s major motion picture debut in the box office smash Bob Marley: One Love via Paramount Pictures. She portrayed Judy Mowatt, one of Bob Marley’s backing vocalists, as part of the movie’s main cast.

Following major stage shows on her native island of Jamaica, including Rebel Salute Festival 2024 and Lost In Time Festival 2024, Sevana will head to Austin, Texas next Wednesday (Mar 13) for a special SXSW showcase at Flamingo Cantina. See details here.
