Some of the musical influences of Misz are: Herbie Hancock, Harvey Mason, Bob James, Steve Gadd, Billy Cobham, Idris Muhammed, The Crusaders, Larry Carlton, Lee Ritenour, George Benson, George Duke, Patrice Rushen, David Sanborn, Ernie Watts, Ronnie Laws, Earth Wind and Fire, and Tower of Power. From these influences, you can hear the mixture of these musical genres that are combined smoothly into the contemporary musical sounds of Misz.
