Reggae Recording Artist Singing Melody Releases Stimulating Video, “Collide”
Kingston, Jamaica — October 2011 — With his soon to be released album “They Call Me Mr. Melody” on the way, international reggae recording artist Singing Melody is back with a brand new video for the official lead out single dubbed “Collide.”
The video, which was directed by seasoned Videographer Asha McHail of Fareye Films, whose portfolio includes videos for I Octane, Etana and Alaine, tells a story of a man being released from prison and reuniting with his family. Shot on several locations across Kingston, the two day shoot captured the message of “Collide,” a song which for Melody holds a double meaning.
“Its a new beginning for me as I reunite with my fans who have remained loyal over the years,” says Singing Melody. “We wanted the video to be a story of redemption, one that shows even the best fall down but more important than the falling down is how quick you get up and recover.”
Best known for his hit singles “Want You Back,” “Say What,” “Rescue Me” and “Lived My Life” featuring Tony Rebel and Beres Hammond, Singing Melody is showing no signs of slowing down as his love for heart warming music is now more obvious than ever before.
