Teena Marie’s ‘Congo Square’ coming June 9th, 2009!

Teena Marie’s New Album ‘Congo Square’ is coming June 9th, 2009.

It looks like the legendary soul vocalist, Teena Marie AKA ‘Lady T’, is preparing for a launch of her new album, coming in June 2009, called “Congo Square”! According to Amazon & various sources, as to which she also has announced through TV shows, other programs, etc. She is now signed to Stax Records/Concord Jazz, where they have a reputation for bringing out some of the best soul music around. Hopefully this will equate into another stellar project from Teena.
