(Love. Tenderness. Devotion.) blasted the home front with a blue light in the basement classic, “Love Ballad“. This song was monumental & influential towards a great number of R&B vocalists from the day. The ballad became #1 on Billboard back in 1976 and STILL TODAY is a MASTER LOVE SONG on just about everyone’s quiet storm mix-tape.
