The Top 100 R&B Slow Jams #35 | Brian McKnight – One Last Cry

On a nice and quiet, beautiful evening comes a gentleman who took love very serious in his music – Mr. Brian McKnight.

We slide Brian in at #35 tonight with a ballad that pretty much sums up his musical style, charm and talent in composition and song. His hit single, “One Last Cry” was a memorable blessing that not only became a 90’s gem, but also a ‘vehicle’ to his enormous success as a R&B recording artist throughout the 90’s and today.

The debut, self-titled project was released back in 1992. Afterward came several more attractive singles and albums. Most of which always featured his ability to belt out a ballad just like this one.
