Tony Addison | “He Is Love” (Coming Dec. 7th, 2010)

Pacific Coast Jazz artist, Drummer and Singer Tony Addison opens up the Christmas season with his take on rejoiceful/praise Gospel music in his new release “He Is Love” (distributed by That Other Label) – due to break all online retailers December 7th, 2010. His music mixes all the right ingredients: Jazz with Gospel & R&B, with a spice of Latin appeal sprinkled alongside a taste of rock music elements. It’s a complete package of melodies that makes up 10 tracks all together. Musicians participating on the project includes William Knowles (piano and horn arrangements), Russell Sledge (bass),
Tony Cotherine (electric and acoustic guitars), Melvin Bryant Jr. (organ
and strings), Matt Miller (percussion), Frankie Addison (tenor
saxophone), Alvin Trask (trumpet), Ron Oshima (flute, tenor and alto
saxophone), and vocalists Lori Williams, William Hubbard (vocal
arrangements), Rosalind Roz White, Anthony Manough and of course Tony
Addision (drums, vocals, rap, narration and composer). A thriving artist on the move, this is Mr. Addison’s debut album.
