How about back to the year 1992, when these 3 ladies took Urban R&B completely under their wings and lifted a monumental album so preserving, so deserving, so delicious, …many of you may have to go back into your personal CD archive and retrieve it well after this next selection.

Those 3 Ladies: SWV (Coko, Lelee & Taj), lit the fireplace up with a Brian Alexander Morgan penned, “Weak.” Lyrically, the song can make just about anybody relate to their own personal experience and heartache. The groove and melody attached to it otherwise will floor you.

That’s why T.U.M.S. had to break it on down for you quiet stormin’, chocolate covered strawberry eatin’ folks.

The single raced up to the #1 spot on Billboard back in 1992, off the album “It’s About Time” – SWV’s successful debut which spawned more than just 1 hit readers. And it probably would do it all over again if ever re-released as something new for 2010…. or 2011…..you know what we mean?
