And one of those perennial classics is none other than Klymaxx’s “I Miss You.”

Bernadette Cooper and the ladies (One of the 1st all girl bands) had already lit up the dance floor with mega-jam, “The Men All Pause”, from the album ‘Meeting In The Ladies Room’ back in 1984. But right after the success of the cut, came this #1 classic hit that stayed atop Billboard’s charts for weeks! This was dropped back in 1985 on Constellation Records/MCA Records. Not bad for a group of ladies who originally signed to Solar Records back in 1982, released a few albums beforehand and then came out of nowhere with this chocolate morsel.
