LOS ANGELES, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ — Grammy® nominated producer/songwriter Printz Board contributed six songs to the #1 and critically acclaimed nominated Album of the Year “THE E.N.D.” by The Black Eyed Peas.  From the inception, Printz helped shape the sound and success of The Peas.  The band’s musical director is now breaking through as one of the industry’s hottest talents.

Dominating the charts, airwaves and clubs in 2009 The Black Eyed Peas
are one of the year’s most successful groups.  The group’s #1 platinum
album “THE E.N.D.” (which stands for The Energy Never Dies) has spent
over 31 weeks on the Billboard 200 album chart and remains in the Top
10.  The group set a record for having the longest consecutive #1
singles in Billboard’s Hot 100 history.

Printz Board wrote
and/or produced six songs on the deluxe edition of the Grammy®
nominated album including, “Missing You” and “Out Of My Head”
(co-producer and writer along with frontman will.i.am).  He is writer
of “Rockin’ to the Beat,”  “One Tribe,”
“Where Ya Wanna Go” and “Don’t Phunk Around.”  In addition to Album of
the Year, “The E.N.D.” is also nominated for The Best Pop Vocal Album
at the 52nd Annual Grammy® Awards.

“THE
E.N.D.” received rave reviews upon its release.  Rolling Stone calls
the album: “aggressively, festively, infectiously” scoring the album 4
1/2 out of 5 stars.  Spin Magazine calls it “exuberantly funky” and
Entertainment Weekly says the “future-funk beats” are “pure Top 40
nirvana.”

Board‘s writing
and production skills reach a broad spectrum in the music industry,
bridging musical genres. He is currently working with Fergie on her upcoming solo album.  Printz has written and/or produced for international superstar Justin Timberlake, the legendary Michael Jackson, Latin icon Shakira, award-winner Natasha Bedingfield, Hip-Hop rapper Ice Cube, Katy Perry, John Legend, Busta Rhymes, Macy Gray, Warren G, Nikki Costa, Cathy Dennis, Colby O’Donis, Cassie Davis and Backstreet Boys.  He is in the studio with Justin Timberlake’s new group, Free Sol, signed to Timberlake’s label, Tennman Records.  He is also writing and producing on the debut albums for Kerli (Universal) and Keke Palmer (Interscope).

Printz Board‘s
impressive musical gift has resulted in the scoring of TV movies and
major commercials including Victoria Secret and Benefiber.  His song
“One Tribe” from “THE E.N.D.” album is featured in the current Pepsi
commercial campaign.

Board‘s production company, Beets & Produce,
includes a state of art recording studio and production deals with
producers Sleep Deez and Moody.  The company launched a clothing range
that has been called “fashionably relaxed” and “upscale leisure.”  His
entrepreneurial business ventures include the vodka brand, KROL (which
means ‘King’ in Polish), LA’s hot restaurant Ketchup and the nightspot
Wonderland.  The acclaimed producer found time in his busy schedule to
achieve a double major degree from San Diego State University in Music and Business.

Printz will embark on a worldwide tour with The Black Eyed Peas on February 3, 2010.
The group kicked off The Oprah Winfrey Show’s 2009 season premiere in
fashion staging a massive “mob-scale” choreographed number with over
21,000 people lining Michigan Ave in Chicago
dancing in-sync live on the show.  They have performed before millions
of viewers around the globe at the World Cup and Superbowl.  The group
is scheduled to perform at the Grammy® Awards on January 31 in Los Angeles.
