The PhiLill Foundation is pleased and excited to announce that the fabulous RENA SCOTT will be the special guest artist on the Third Phil Perry Weekend Fan Cruise – Friday February 15 thru Monday February 18, 2008.
 
This will be the first cruise departing from beautiful Long Beach California on Carnival Cruise Line’s PARADISE.
