With a career that entails numerous Billboard Top 15 Gospel singles (“For Your Glory,” “This Is A Move” i.e), earning multiple Stellar and Dove awards, plus several featured appearances with Maverick City Music and Blanca, Tasha Cobbs Leonard keeps elevating her faith platform since the resonating debut to this day, “Break Every Chain” in 2012. Recently, she added authorship to her expanding ministry with the book Do It Anyway, as part of an empowering chapter of God’s mighty, intimate care and healing, especially for women.
From her self-titled upcoming CD, Tasha relays an important message in “The Hand That Keeps Holding Me” (Tee Lee Records/Motown Gospel), transforming her off stage personal trails by recognizing His unchanging hand:
“I looked away/But You stared right at me/No, You’re not mad at me/This is a love I don’t understand.”
Guided under long time producer Kenneth Leonard, Jr., the keyboard decorated soundtrack along with Anders Nordstrom’s understated guitar accent the mood of working out the ultimate trust in God’s life plan. Watching Tasha’s facial expressions change from sadness to smiles in the accompanying video are precious visual tools observed by thousands of YouTube viewers.
“The Hands That Keeps Holding Me” is currently available on most digital outlets.
