We are thrilled to let you know that MFH is now working on behalf of the lovely, soulful and dynamic Shemekia Copeland who, just one year ago, was crowned Queen of The Blues at the 2011 Chicago Blues Festival.  She was presented with the crown that had been worn by the late Koko Taylor during her lengthy reign by Joyce “Cookie “Threatt, Koko’s daughter, along with Marie Dixon, widow of the great Willie “I Am The Blues” Dixon.
