LISTEN TO EXCLUSIVE STREAMING TRACKS FROM THE ALBUM

It’s no exaggeration to state that the release of Warren Wolf, the eponymous debut album for Mack Avenue Records by Warren Wolf,
will make it as apparent to jazz fans as it already is to jazz insiders
that the 31-year-old vibraphonist is the next major voice on his
instrument. Joined by a unit of authoritative swingers (bassist Christian McBride, pianist Peter Martin, drummer Greg Hutchinson, alto and soprano saxophonist Tim Green, and, on two tracks, trumpeter Jeremy Pelt),
Wolf offers a ten-piece program that admirably represents his singular
blend of efflorescent chops, muscular attack, lyric sensibility,
harmonic acumen, encyclopedic knowledge of hardcore jazz vocabulary,
tireless groove and downright musicality. To continue, please click “MORE”!

SongVest to Auction 80’s Classics from Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Kenny G, George Benson and more

Preston Glass is back at SongVest to
auction classic 80’s hits from Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Kenny G
and George Benson.

Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) June 21, 2011

SongVest,
the company that reinvented the music business by offering the ultimate
fan collectable — ownership in the royalty income of the songs
themselves — has announced their next auction will feature classic
songs from the 1980’s.

Fans will be able to bid on a percentage of the royalty income for
each song at auction. Each item is a “No Reserve” auction so that means
these items will sell if there is a bid. Buyers will collect their
royalties quarterly from SongVest and can track all of their purchases
and royalty income via our “Music Mogul Dashboard”. To continue, please click “MORE”!
