the Judge-determined Winners of The 10th Annual Independent Music Awards (The IMAs), the influential awards program for fans and bands.

categories winnowed from thousands of submissions from around the globe,
were determined by a panel of 62 influential music industry pros

Dennis Coffey To Be Honored At Detroit Music Awards Distinguished Achievement Award / Mayer Hawthorne Performance



Ahead of the release of his brand new self-titled studio album (April 26th, Strut), legendary Detroit guitarist and member of Motown’s original Funk Brothers backing band, Dennis Coffey, is being honored with a Distinguished Achievement Award at this year’s Detroit Music Awards on April 16th. He will play a live set at the event, including a collaboration with one of Michigan’s new soul generation, Mayer Hawthorne (who adds guest vocals to the track “All Your Goodies Are Gone” on the new album).
